The Practice Membership Scheme
The membership scheme at our practice operates
on different levels for adults, students and children. You may join the scheme if you wish after the
initial consultation and at the discretion of Dr. Attwater.
What does the Dental Care Plan include?
- A full examination and scale and polish twice a year
- All x-rays where clinically necessary
- 20% discount on fillings, extractions, root treatments and all laboratory based treatments such as crowns, bridges,
dentures
- Emergency Call Out - cover can be provided by any dentist worldwide. The cover is for a maximum of £120
(£320 overseas) per claim with an excess payable of £25.
The treatment must be paid for at the time and a receipt obtained.
We will help you to obtain reimbursement from the insurers.
- Dental Trauma - if you should suffer from a dental trauma as a result of accident, the insurance cover for
remedial work is for a maximum of £10000 with excess payable of £125.
Should you need hospital in-patient treatment as a result of the dental trauma you are entitled
to claim £50 per day,(excluding the first 24 hours.)
- Oral Cancer - On diagnosis of oral cancer a payment of £2500 will be made.
- Redundancy - a monthly benefit is payable to the Insured in the event of redundancy during the period of insurance

What does Plan B cost?
£11.25 per month or £135.00 annually,
payable by direct debit
