The Skircoat Green Dental Practice

The Skircoat Green Dental Practice was opened in September 1996.
Having practised within the N.H.S. in Halifax since 1982 we decided on a new venture, with a new practice in a new location.

Our aims were (and still are!)

  1.   To provide a high standard of private patient care.

  2.   To develop new techniques that were not financially viable within the N.H.S.

  3.   Provide state of the art dental materials and equipment.

  4.   Maintain the friendly and caring approach for which we had become known.

As a team we take our work very seriously, however we would like to think that we do not take ourselves too seriously and many of our existing patients would vouch for that!

As a service to our Private and 'Skircoat Green Practice Plan' members, we are happy to see their children and students (in full-time education) within the N.H.S.

Our ground floor reception area and treatment room are designed to provide a friendly and relaxing atmosphere although it is a rare event to be kept waiting - we recognise that your time is valuable too. Don't be surprised if our receptionist, Kelly, offers you a cup of tea or coffee if you are waiting for a friend or relative.
